Instruction: Two tablespoons of dry herbs into a tea strainer. Place in a teapot or mug, heat 8oz of water until it comes to a boil, and pour hot water over herbs to submerge. Then cover to hold in any volatile oils. Let sit for 15mins minutes strain adding honey is optional and sip slowly.
